A lamp for demanding tasks

Excavation work, construction work and forest operations are often carried out in difficult conditions and require excellent work area illumination to ensure comfort and safety for machine operators, vehicle drivers and other personnel working nearby. A family of powerful CRP3 lamps has been launched onto the market, specially dedicated for use in forestry, the construction industry as well as the extraction industry.

Durable and long-lasting

The LED CRP3 work lamp is a new product from this Polish manufacturer. With its 7000 lm output, the lamp provides plenty of light, which will meet the needs of many operators of forwarders, harvesters and other forest machines, without having to install a large number of lamps. LED CRP3 lamps can also be mounted on large construction machines, where they can operate in a high-vibration environment. The efficient heatsink ensures optimum cooling while the lamp is on; what catches the eye is the robust bracket as well as the overall high quality workmanship, which ensure that the lamp is durable and can operate under extreme conditions, e.g. during excavating operations, when the machines operate for long hours. The lamp is waterproof and dustproof as well as resistant to variations in temperature and atmospheric conditions.

Well-adjusted optical system and high light quality

The optimally selected optical system and the structure of the lamp ensure excellent light quality without straining the user's eyes. Output of 7000 lm is an actually measured luminous flux produced by the LED module and reflects the actual amount of light perceived. Three optical systems, two wide ones and one narrow, enable the user to select lamps depending on the conditions in the work area and the operator's needs. The lamps emit light of natural colour.

Options available

The CRP3 product range includes a lamp featuring a heated front plate - it will not become frosted over in very frosty weather. The front plate is made of glass. You can switch between lamps with a bottom or rear bracket, and connector type (popular DT04-2P connector, a lead, an AMP SuperSeal connector), thus making it easier to install the lamp on your machine or vehicle.

Product quality and longevity have been WESEM's hallmark for years. The CRP3 lamp has already been met with great interest from distributors and end users. The product is expected to be popular both in the aftermarket as a suitable item for use in machine upgrades and in the OEM market as a component enhancing the utility and quality of solutions used in vehicles. Work is under way to develop brighter variants of the lamps and these will soon be available for purchase.
